Resource Development for Programs

CA$100.00

Staff and volunteers in charge of planning and implementing the school meal and snack program in their school, are always looking for new ideas and resources to help build upon their programming. One of the many ways registered dietitians with the Council provide support to schools is by creating online and print resources such as fact sheets and recipes. All resources are suited for the school environment and incorporate ideas for smaller budgets and limited staff time. Many resources feature Manitoba’s School Nutrition Guidelines and reflect programs’ changing needs. The overall focus of our resource collection is on best nutrition, management, and social practices for school nutrition programs.
